A pop-up says my computer is infected and to call a number. What do I do?
Don't call the number, and don't let anyone connect to your computer. Those warnings are scams built to get remote access or a payment. Close the browser or turn the computer off, and bring it to us if anything seems wrong.
Can you help with things that aren't computers?
Usually. Routers, printers, tablets and smart-home devices are all fair game. Call and ask.
