Stop using it first

If a drive is clicking, a computer won't start, or you've just deleted something important, stop using it. Every minute it keeps running can overwrite the data you want back. Turn it off and bring it in.

What we recover in the shop

Accidentally deleted files, drives that are failing but still running, and computers that won't start but whose drive is fine. Many everyday recoveries are handled right here.

When a drive needs a clean room

A drive that has been dropped, failed mechanically or got wet has to be opened in a clean room, where dust cannot reach the platters. For those we work with a trusted, reputable local specialist who has a clean-room lab.

FAQ

Questions folks usually ask

Still wondering about something? Just drop us a line.

Can every drive be recovered?
No one can honestly promise that. It depends on what failed and how. We'll tell you what we find.
Should I try recovery software myself?
Not on a drive that is clicking, slow or showing errors: running software on a failing drive can finish it off. For a simple deletion on a healthy drive it can work, but stop using the drive first.
