These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Peoria IT (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our SMS messaging service. By using our services or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS service, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Peoria IT regarding the status of your device repair. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

You will receive SMS messages only when your repair status changes. Typical frequency is 2–5 messages per repair order.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS updates but may still contact us by phone for repair status.

Service Description

Peoria IT provides technology repair and IT services. Our SMS messaging service is used exclusively to send transactional notifications about your repair status, including:

• Confirmation that your device has been received
• Diagnosis and repair updates
• Notification when your device is ready for pickup

Our SMS messages are service-related only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current contact information
• Notify us if your phone number changes
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Carrier Disclaimer

Peoria IT is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peoria IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or SMS messaging service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific repair service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
